Jump Rope for Heart school fundraiser is back! 

Many students are starting to practice their skipping skills at recess, and some have joined our skipping clubs at lunch. 

If your family would be interested in making a small donation to the Heart and Stroke foundation over the next couple of weeks, please copy and paste the following  link:  Donate to JumpRope for Heart link​ , drop down to General Donations to a School, and then type in shannon lake elementary. ​(PLEASE NOTE MUST HAVE A SPACE BETWEEN EACH WORD)  

​​​Alternatively, we will also be collecting toonies or other change at school where we have set a goal of $1,000. All students will be participating in a culminating skipping activity on Wednesday afternoon, May 18, getting our hearts beating with some aerobic exercise!
