Hi Parents! 

Field trips are starting up, families are taking exxxxtra long weekends and the fall sniffles are making their rounds. Here's a reminder about what to do if your child is absent on a day you've ordered hot lunch. Also the school website calendar can be added to cellphones and lists the field trips that teachers have submitted. Hope this helps! 

*If your child is absent on a day that you've ordered you are welcome to pick up their lunch after 11:00a.m at the office. Please email slehotlunch@mail.com by 9:00 a.m. on the day so that we have ample time to prepare. Refunds/credits are not given if your child is absent. If hot-lunch is ordered for a day your student is on a field trip, lunches for that class will be placed in the fridge and will be distributed by the classroom teacher at end of day for students to take home. 

 *We are unable to fulfill requests to give your child's lunch to another student in their absence - this has been done in the past and it becomes a logistical nightmare - thank you for understanding.
